Who We Are
Coastal Mechanical Systems is a small-business ship repair contractor with big capabilities, proudly serving the marine industry since 2010. We’re a hands-on team of ship fitters, welders, pipefitters, electricians, mechanical technicians, and riggers, backed by experienced project managers who keep every phase of the job organized and moving.
We treat every vessel like it’s our own - focusing on safety, first-time quality, and honest communication so your project finishes on schedule and on budget. From commercial to government vessels along the East Coast and beyond, customers count on us to show up, solve problems, and deliver work we’re proud to put our name on.
OUR SERVICES

Pipe Fabrication: Cut, bevel, fit, and weld new pipe spools, assemblies, and runs to customer specifications.

Pipe Repair & Replacement: Repair or replace shipboard piping systems, including fire main, potable water, fuel, hydraulic, bilge, and ballast.

Welding & Brazing: Provide certified welding and brazing for carbon steel, stainless, and non‑ferrous piping, in the shop or onboard.

Testing & Support Hardware: Perform hydro/air pressure testing and fabricate/install pipe supports, hangers, and related hardware.
